We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Junior Retail Associate to support the promotion of client brands and products in retail and customer-facing environments. This entry-level role is ideal for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in marketing, customer engagement, and sales within a fast-paced and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent client brands professionally in retail and promotional settings
• Engage with customers to promote products and services
• Support in-store marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand activations
• Provide excellent customer service and handle enquiries confidently
• Maintain visual merchandising and brand presentation standards
• Collect customer feedback and relay insights to the marketing team
• Assist with stock organisation and promotional materials setup
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve campaign goals
