Brief Description As
a Junior Graphic Designer , you will produce high-quality, direct mail print and digital creative for non-profit organizations. You will typeset copy, format, and design layouts. You will finish and prepare files for printing.
This is a hybrid position out of our office in Peabody, MA.

Your Impact: - Collaborate with Art Directors/Creative Directors to create and deliver direct mail marketing campaigns.
- Flow, typeset, and format copy and photos/graphics into layouts.
- Accurately prepare and finish all client-approved design for printing, through to vendor release.
- Interact with internal Art Directors, Creative Directors, Copywriters, Proofreader/Traffic Manager Account Managers, and Production Managers.
Your Profile: - 2-3 years minimum experience in agency creative services, corporate communications creative services, or graphic arts industry.
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design.
- Proficient in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop and high-level knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask and meet scheduled deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be organized, detail-oriented, and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
- Experience preparing files for printing presses.
- Portfolio of professional experience required.
- Availability to commute to office in Peabody, MA on a hybrid basis.
