#### **Job Description:**
Venture Smarter is hiring a skilled **Java Developer** to help build and maintain high-quality software solutions. If you have a strong background in Java and enjoy working on backend systems, we’d love to hear from you.
#### **Responsibilities:**
* Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications
* Write clean, scalable, and efficient code
* Troubleshoot and debug issues
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver features
* Maintain documentation and follow coding best practices
#### **Requirements:**
* Proven experience as a Java Developer
* Solid understanding of OOP, Java frameworks (Spring, Hibernate), and databases
* Familiarity with REST APIs and version control (e.g., Git)
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently in a remote setup
* Reliable internet connection
