Interior Designer (Level 2)

Location : North of Atlanta, GA (Not in the City)
Work Schedule : 4 Days In-Office / 1 Day Remote
Salary Range : $70,000 - $80,000 per year

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Interior Designer (Level 2) with 5-8 years of professional experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for creativity, a keen eye for design details, and an ability to contribute effectively to collaborative project environments. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute interior design concepts from schematic design through construction documentation.
• Collaborate with project architects, consultants, and clients to deliver cohesive, thoughtful design solutions.
• Produce detailed design presentations, furniture specifications, and finish schedules.
• Oversee material selection and integration of design elements to ensure creative, functional, and aesthetically pleasing spaces.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and manufacturers to implement design specifications effectively.
• Maintain adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of interior design experience , preferably within the hospitality, senior living, or healthcare sectors.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design or a related field.
• NCIDQ certification preferred .
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign).
• Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience preparing detailed design documentation and collaborating across disciplines.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Experience working on hospitality projects is a plus.
• Familiarity with sustainable design principles and LEED certification (preferred but not required).
