Job Description :
Work on employment activities including recruitment, interviewing, selection, on boarding, Off boarding and training. Prepare and provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, opportunities for promotion, and employee benefits. Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating to employment, compensation, labor relations, and employee relations. Liaise between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems.Administer the health and welfare benefits, serving as communication lead for benefit changes and announcements.Ensures data integrity and accuracy of employee and organizational information.Proficiency in tools like MS Office, SharePoint, Intranet, PeopleSoft. Oracle Application ERPII and Concur Application., E- Verify, SAP, ADP & Employee Navigator. Require Bachelor's Degree and 5 + years of HR experience.
