Hotel Manager Location Mobile, AL (Central Business District area) :

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. As the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, maintaining high standards of service, and leading a team committed to excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance departments.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Manage budgeting and financial performance, ensuring adherence to financial goals.
  • Foster a positive work environment by training, mentoring, and managing hotel staff.
  • Handle guest relations, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations as well as hotel policies.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to promote the hotel and increase occupancy rates.
  • Monitor inventory levels of supplies and manage vendor relationships.

Skills

  • Strong background in hospitality management with experience in hotel operations.
  • Proficient in front desk management systems and phone systems.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
  • Strong budgeting skills with the ability to analyze financial reports.
  • Effective human resources management skills for staff recruitment and training.

Pay: $49,000.00 - $53,000.00 per year
