JOB DETAILS
Starting Base Salary: $18 per hour, plus $1 per hour shift differential
Shift: 2nd Shift 4pm-2:30am Monday through Friday (weekends based on business need)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
We are seeking a Glass Optimizer to join our production team. In this role, you will use optimization software to plan efficient glass cutting patterns, reduce waste, and support on-time production for our window manufacturing operations.
· Manufacturing experience, preferably in glass or window production
· Knowledge of glass types, thicknesses, and handling
· Experience with optimization software (GED Software, etc.) a plus
· Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
· Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
· Ability to read tape measure
