Job Description:
Resource needed for an OCR solution who can help in the development in the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environment. This solution is being built to support the Membership team by automating the manual processing of forms.


We're looking for a skilled professional to assist with both development and ongoing maintenance.



Required Skills:

Containerization

• Docker container management and maintenance
• Docker image updates and security
• Container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes)

Cloud Computing (GCP)

• Cloud Run, Cloud SQL, BigQuery, Cloud Functions, Compute Engine, Container Registry API, Storage Buckets
• GCP security features and best practices

Security and Vulnerability Remediation

• App/Dev vulnerability remediation
• Scanning report analysis (CrowdStrike, Google Cloud Security Scanner, Tenable)
• Security compliance and best practices

Automation and Scripting

• GitHub/GitHub Actions for CI/CD
• Scripting in Python and Bash

API and Integration

• API design, development, and security
• Integration with GCP services and third-party APIs

Data Processing and Storage

• Google OCR Doc
• Google Storage Buckets
• BigQuery

Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting

• Strong debugging and issue resolution skills
