At Marshall Grain Company we're a small company that believes we best serve our customers by having sales folks who are passionate about gardening.


We pride ourselves on providing outstanding customer service from sales associates who have taken the effort to learn how our products can help solve our customers' problems. If you like helping people solve their gardening and animal problems you'll enjoy this job! It helps if you already know something about these areas, but we have lots of knowledgeable people on staff who will help you learn more.


As a small company we've got a work environment that's more fun and flexible than the giant chain stores.


We’re looking for a sales associate for our new store in Colleyville, full time or part time, primarily to help in our nursery. You must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. This position includes helping customers carry out heavy loads and moving merchandise around the store as well as taking care of plants. You should be able to communicate effectively in English and present yourself in a professional manner. You must be able to work outside in both hot and cold weather. You must be able to work weekends - both Saturdays and Sundays. It's a plus if you can operate a sit-down forklift. We encourage applications from students.
