Your Role:

As our Front Office/Receptionist , you’ll be the first smile patients see when they walk in and the helpful voice they hear on the phone. You’ll help everything run smoothly and make every patient feel at home.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Greeting patients like the VIPs they are.
• Scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
• Answering phones and emails with a can-do attitude.
• Organizing charts and updating electronic medical records.
• Collecting payments and prepping paperwork.
• Helping with skincare product sales and monthly promotions.
• Supporting our social media and patient photo library.
• Keeping the front desk looking sharp and running smoothly.

What You Bring to the Table:

• A positive, outgoing personality (people just feel better around you).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Curiosity about skincare, wellness, and aesthetics.
• Ability to multitask like a pro in a fast-paced environment.
• Super organized, reliable, and tech-savvy.
