Reach Truck Operator
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year reach truck experience
We are seeking an experienced and safety-focused Reach Truck Operator to support daily warehouse operations. This role is responsible for accurately and efficiently moving, storing, and retrieving inventory using a reach truck while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Operate a reach truck to move, stack, and retrieve palletized materials
· Load and unload products from racks and storage locations
· Verify inventory accuracy and report discrepancies or damages
· Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
· Follow all warehouse procedures, safety guidelines, and OSHA regulations
· Meet productivity, quality, and attendance expectations
Qualifications
· Minimum 1 year of recent reach truck experience required
· Ability to safely operate reach trucks in narrow aisles and high racking
· Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for the duration of the shift
· Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
· Warehouse or distribution experience preferred
Work Environment
· Warehouse setting
· Exposure to forklifts, moving equipment, and varying temperatures
· Steel-toe shoes and PPE required
