Summary:
Nike is hiring a Footwear Designer for its Women's Training team to develop innovative and performance-driven footwear with a style-forward approach. The role requires collaboration across multiple disciplines to transform consumer insights into iconic product solutions, while participating in both formal and informal design reviews.

Responsibilities:
Design and develop innovative footwear concepts from ideation to market launch
Translate consumer insights into style-forward, performance-focused product designs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, testing, and materials
Present designs and participate in formal reviews and design critiques
Produce technical drawings (tech packs) and visual presentations using 2D and 3D tools
Contribute to sustainable and innovative design practices
Skills/Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design or related field, or equivalent experience
Prior experience in innovative footwear design
Strong sketching, rendering, and visual storytelling skills
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; Keynote, PowerPoint, Acrobat
Ability to create accurate 2D tech packs; 3D design experience a plus
Familiarity with manufacturing processes and sustainable design practices
Excellent collaboration and communication skills; able to lead and influence teams
Energetic, open-minded, and receptive to feedback and diverse perspectives
Cobbling/prototyping skills are a plus
