Role Overview:

We are looking for passionate and skilled Flight Paramedic Nurse to join our elite team in Red Bluff, CA. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in life-saving missions, providing advanced medical care in emergency situations and ensuring the effective transport and stabilization of patients.

Responsibilities:

• Perform complex assessments, diagnoses, and emergency treatments during air and ground transports.
• Document patient assessments, treatments, and transport details accurately.
• Record billing information for transported patients.
• Communicate effectively with management and stakeholders.
• Participate in public relations and marketing activities.
• Continue to develop expertise through mandatory meetings, skill labs, and clinical rotations.
• Maintain required certifications and competencies, including paramedic certification.
• Operate under the supervision of the Medical Director and adhere to local regulations.

Requirements:

• Active RN license in the state of employment.
• Minimum of three years of critical care/emergency experience (five years preferred).
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNATC, TNCC, ITLS, or PHTLS; NRP preferred.
• Active paramedic certification and compliance with required certifications.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Must maintain body weight below 235 lbs.
