Position Summary The Finance Summer Intern will support the finance team in various tasks and projects. This role provides an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to gain hands-on experience in finance and develop valuable skills in a professional setting.
Major Tasks And Responsibilities - Support the finance team with project-related activities and assignments.
- Participate in meetings and contribute to discussions on financial strategies.
- Comfortable communicating/presenting both virtually and in-person.
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial reports.
- Collaborate with various teams to support cross-functional initiatives and projects.
Preferred Qualifications - High school diploma or GED
- Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Desire to learn new tools and business functions.
- Interested in learning data analytics and operational foundations.
- Self-Starter; Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Previous internship or work experience in finance is a plus.
