**Responsibilities**
+ Repair fiberglass boat hulls, decks, and small parts using tools such as spray guns, buffers, grinders, drills, and other specialty tools.
+ Conduct detailed inspections and understand fiberglass finishing techniques.
+ Read and follow both verbal and written instructions to complete parts.
+ Maintain high safety and quality standards, including proper handling of chemicals and personal protective equipment (PPE).
+ Utilize hand and pneumatic tools effectively for sanding and finishing tasks.
+ Collaborate closely with team members in a respectful and efficient manner.

**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Edgewater, FL.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
