Job Title: Email Marketing Designer – Fashion & Beauty

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (required onsite 6 times per month)
Rate: $42.00/hr
Job Overview: A fast-paced fashion and beauty brand is seeking an Email Developer/Digital Designer to support the creation and execution of various email campaigns, including promotional, transactional, and triggered emails. This hybrid role combines technical development with digital design and requires collaboration with marketing, loyalty, CRM, and design teams. Candidates must be highly organized, efficient, and skilled in both visual design and front-end development within Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Movable Ink.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud , Movable Ink , and other automation tools
Troubleshoot and refine email designs/code across platforms like Figma , Salesforce , and Movable Ink
Ensure design consistency and alignment with brand standards
Coordinate with the Email Marketing team to manage deployment schedules
Juggle multiple projects and meet strict deadlines while maintaining high design standards
Stay up-to-date with email marketing best practices and new technologies
Contribute creative solutions to improve engagement and campaign effectiveness
Support ongoing optimization of email design processes
Requirements:
3–5 years of hands-on experience in email development and digital design
Bachelor’s degree in Design , Media Arts , or a related field
A strong digital/email design portfolio
Proficient in Salesforce Marketing Cloud , Movable Ink , AMPscript , and HTML/CSS
Experience with triggered , transactional , and journey-based email flows
Skilled in tools such as Figma , Adobe Creative Suite , Dreamweaver , CMS platforms , and Monday.com
Familiar with JavaScript and API/data integration concepts
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Prior experience in retail or e-commerce marketing environments
Passion for the beauty and fashion industries
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in video editing or animation design
