We are hiring: Bilingual Executive Assistant (English/Spanish)

Location: Largo, Florida (In-Office Only)
Schedule: Monday – Saturday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We’re seeking an exceptional Bilingual Executive Assistant for our Client to support the high-performing Executive in a dynamic and purpose-driven environment.

This is a full-time, in-office role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, ever-evolving settings and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves.

What you'll do:

• Provide direct daily support to the Executive Director in both English and Spanish.

• Manage calendars, schedules, travel bookings, and meeting prep with strategic foresight.

• Anticipate executive and business needs before they arise—be proactive, not reactive.

• Serve as a liaison across departments (sales, marketing, logistics, etc.).

• Solve problems creatively and independently.

• Coordinate events, track project timelines, and ensure smooth communication across teams.

• Handle a wide range of administrative and operational duties with speed and precision.
