Why this role matters You will be the steady hand that keeps cases moving and clients at ease. From the first information‑gathering call to the final distribution of assets—or the court’s discharge order in a guardianship—you’ll manage deadlines, draft impeccable documents, and keep everyone informed. Our attorneys rely on your experience so they can focus on strategy; clients rely on your empathy so they can sleep at night. Responsibilities:

• You’ll prepare wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives tailored to each client’s situation.
• You’ll open probate estates, draft pleadings, inventory assets, coordinate appraisals, and file accountings and petitions for discharge.
• In guardianships, you’ll assemble initial and annual plans, manage background checks, and track compliance dates.
• You’ll file everything electronically, schedule hearings, liaise with court clerks, and maintain the master checklist so nothing slips through the cracks. All the while, you’ll communicate proactively—updating clients, nudging teammates, and spotlighting issues before they become emergencies.

Qualifications:

• You have at least three solid years working on Florida estate‑planning, probate, and guardianship files (more is welcome).
• Clio, Lawmatics, and the e‑filing portal are second nature.
• Your grammar is spotless, your deadlines sacred, and your bedside manner as kind as your work is thorough.
• You thrive in a remote environment, yet are happy to travel to Miami‑Dade or Broward when needed.
• Most of all, you share our passion for serving elders, veterans, and their families with compassion and candor.
