Electrical Technician

Salary: $24.00 - $28.00/HR + Overtime + Benefits
Bright Minds is searching for a skilled Electrical Technician to join our manufacturing client’s growing team in the West Chester area. This is a full time career opportunity where you’ll play a key role in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical systems and equipment that keep industrial cooling solutions running smoothly.
In this hands-on role, you’ll work with control panels, switchboards, junction boxes, switches, and motors using your expertise to test, diagnose, and repair circuits while ensuring all work meets NEC standards. You’ll bend and run conduit (EMT), wire light circuits, repair small motors, and perform a variety of electrical installations and maintenance tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
