Key Responsibilities

• Work alongside hiring managers to identify their recruitment needs and develop effective job descriptions.
• Utilize various platforms to source potential candidates, including job boards and social media.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications.
• Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain organized records of candidates and recruitment activities within our database.
• Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience from application to placement.

Requirements

• Fluency in both Dutch and English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
• No prior recruitment experience is required; comprehensive training will be provided.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for supporting candidates in their career journeys.
• Familiarity with online recruitment tools and platforms is beneficial.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• A genuine interest in developing a career in recruitment and connecting talented individuals with opportunities.
