We are hiring a Document Control Clerk/Filing Specialist for one of our clients in Trenton, NJ .

Job Description:

• General administrative/ processing forms / data entry
• Familiar with PC's & laptops.
• Data entry into Oracle database Commercial Recording and Tax Registration.
• Microsoft Office- Outlook 2016 (would need email address setup)
• Equipment needed, PC & laptop.
• Programs needed Oracle Commercial Recording, Tax Reg, VPN, Outlook (would need email address setup)

Skills required:

• Basic Computer skills
• Good Communication and writing skills.

• Outlook 2016
• Efficient Typist
• Good Communication and writing skills.

Work hours:

• Mon-Fri from 8:30am-4:30pm
• Lunch- 1 hr. (unpaid)

Additional information:

• Important Client Note - Some of these positions will be remote, on location and/ or hybrid.
• At the beginning for training, they will all be on location.
