Job Description

Make a difference daily in the life of seniors! Description of the role: The Director of Community Life at The Watermark at the Pearl in Portland, OR will be responsible for overseeing and managing the engagement and enrichment activities for our senior living community. Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a diverse calendar of activities and programs for residents
Coordinate events, outings, and social gatherings to enhance community life
Evaluate the success of programs and make adjustments as needed
Collaborate with staff, residents, and families to ensure programs meet the needs and interests of the community

Requirements:

Experience in senior living, event planning, or a related field
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Passion for improving the lives of seniors

Benefits:

Competitive salary ranging from $60,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
