We are looking for a dedicated Director Global Delivery like you to be a part of our team. **Job Summary and Qualifications** As the Director, Global Operations, you will be responsible for the stand-up of new enterprise-wide capabilities to transform the organization and advance HCA's operating strategy. This role partners with Global Delivery leaders, team members, and cross-functional stakeholders to govern and drive the implementation of new strategic capabilities. This role owns the end-to-end delivery process and multiple concurrent timelines in a portfolio with confidence and efficiency, communicates effectively with all levels of stakeholders across functional areas as the delivery owner, and proactively resolves and/or escalates any program delivery risks and issues. Job Responsibilities: Transformation Leadership & Management: + Coordinate and oversee the governance of new operating model implementations spanning cross-functional teams and ensure timely completion of all implementation targets. + Independently own multiple program timelines and deliverables, escalating and mitigating risks or issues, and managing work across global stakeholders and leaders. + Demonstrate a deep understanding of global operations and program delivery processes, including organizing and driving complex work efforts, engaging and influencing multiple stakeholders across the enterprise, and aligning to work steps and timelines. + Partner with stakeholders across distinct functions and project workstreams (e.g., IT, business) to resolve operational challenges and achieve global capability targets. Global Operational Readiness: + Conduct thorough operational and technology readiness assessments to ensure preparation of all systems, processes, and operational teams for the global working environment. + Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and baselines to measure the success of enterprise transformations, including operational efficiency and service quality metrics. + Facilitate business impact assessments and the development of business continuity plans (BCP) for all global capabilities in partnership with business leaders. Job Requirements: + 10+ years of experience in Operations or Program Management, preferably in a large global organization. + Previous consulting and/or advisory experience highly preferred. + Experience working across geographic regions preferred. + Bachelor's degree required. + Master's degree preferred. + Experience leading complex, large-scale operations and process improvement initiatives. + Exceptional teaming skills and proactiveness in a fast-paced, dynamic working environment. + Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels in a hybrid, multicultural environment.
