Accounting/Payroll Staff – Automotive Dealership Are you ready to join a fast-paced dealership team where every day brings something new? We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting/Payroll Staff Member to join our growing team. This position supports the daily accounting operations for our Chevrolet and Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Ram dealerships. Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily bank posting and reconciliation
• Post general journal entries
• Post and reconcile credit card transactions in Accounts Payable
• Review schedules and maintain accurate balances
• Perform deal posting and commission tracking with strong attention to accuracy
• Assist with payroll administration, including timekeeping and employee updates
• Ordering/Organizing dealership supplies and activities
• Support the Accounting Manager/Controller with additional tasks as needed

Required Qualifications

• Automotive dealership accounting experience is required
• Strong understanding of dealership accounting flow and schedules

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Chevrolet or Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Ram (CDJR) dealership operations
• Experience using Dealertrack DMS
• Payroll/timekeeping experience (Paychex preferred but not required)
• Strong Excel and organizational skills
