Position Overview:
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Data Analyst to manage the reconciliation and analysis of financial and operational data across both product and payments. This role is central to ensuring financial accuracy and driving data-informed decisions for a mobile-based fintech platform. Reporting directly to the COO, this is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced analyst who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Reconcile transactional and payment data across internal systems and third-party platforms
Detect, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies across systems
Build and maintain dashboards in Power BI to monitor performance and financial integrity
Track key metrics for mobile app usage and financial flow
Provide actionable insights to Product, Marketing, Finance, and Engineering teams
Visualize trends and synthesize findings into digestible reports and presentations
Act as the analytics point person across departments
Qualifications and Must-Haves:
4+ years in analytics, data science, or a similar data-focused role
Advanced SQL skills (preferably PostgreSQL)
Proficiency in Power BI (or similar BI tools)
Experience with financial/transactional data (fintech, payroll, or similar industry a plus)
Familiarity with monitoring tools (Datadog or equivalent)
Python or R proficiency for deeper data analysis
Strong communication and presentation skills
Understanding of full data lifecycle and how it drives product and financial outcomes
