Cribbs Dietary Aides are responsible for serving meals, assisting with food preparation, delivering meal trays, maintaining cleanliness, setting up for catering, and managing kitchen inventory.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Serve beverages, entrees, salads and desserts in the dining rooms.
• Assist with food preparation, dish room set up and stocking.
• Deliver meal trays to resident rooms.
• Clear dining and kitchen areas, wash dishes.
• Set up catering functions.
• Maintain refrigeration temperatures and place orders.

Requirements :

• Read and follow schedules, instructions, and labels.
• Answer phones and write/leave messages.
• Perform the physical requirements of the position which include standing, lifting and tolerating handling hot liquids and food.
• Work well with others; treat residents, co-workers, and staff with care and respect.
• Protect resident confidentiality by not sharing information.
• Adhere to all Wesbury personnel policies as they apply to the workplace.
