As a Court Monitor, you’ll be at the heart of the action, ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience while staying safe. You’ll be the friendly face of Sky Zone, keeping the energy high and the environment secure for jumpers of all ages.
Here’s a glimpse of your day-to-day responsibilities:
- Supervising the Courts : Monitor trampoline courts to ensure all participants are following safety guidelines.
- Engaging with Guests : Provide a welcoming and friendly atmosphere while assisting guests with any questions or concerns.
- ️ Ensuring Safety : Promote and enforce safety rules to create a fun and secure environment for everyone.
- Maintaining Cleanliness : Help keep the courts and surrounding areas clean and organized.
- Team Collaboration : Work closely with other team members to deliver the best possible experience for our guests.
