If so, NEXT Door & Window is looking for enthusiastic, outgoing individuals to join our team as Lead Generation Specialists in Merriville Costco warehouses! NEXT Door & Window has been serving Chicagoland homeowners for over 20 years and has an excellent reputation in the market. NEXT recently received the BBB Torch Award for business ethics based on our high standards and exceptional performance. We expanded into Madison Wisconsin in 2022 and expect revenue to double there in 2024. We are planning for significant growth this year from an exciting new partnership with Costco and an expanded local event marketing schedule. NEXT offers a highly collaborative, rewarding work environment and we encourage our team members to find ways to expand their skillset and pursue new opportunities within the organization. As a Lead Generation Specialist, your role will be to engage with Costco shoppers, initiate conversations about their window and door replacement needs, and help them take the next step by scheduling a free in-home estimate. You’ll distribute marketing materials, share valuable information, and build relationships—understanding that not every conversation will result in an immediate yes. But don't worry, we're looking for someone who can handle the "no's" with grace and keep the energy high to create new opportunities! We offer both full-time and part-time schedules, with a competitive pay rate and unlimited bonus potential based on your personal performance. The more leads you generate, the more you earn—simple as that! At NEXT, we’re committed to your growth. We believe in promoting from within, and high performance is always recognized and rewarded. After 6-12 months in the lead generation role, you could transition to an Outside Sales Representative position, where the income potential jumps to $70,000-$90,000 in your first year! Basic Requirements:

• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Willingness to travel up to 20 miles to Costco warehouses
• Must be able to stand or sit for 8+ hours daily
• Able to work a varying schedule (hours/warehouse locations)
• Weekend availability a must

Compensation/Benefits

• $19.00 per hour
