As a Lead Generation Specialist, your role will be to engage with Costco shoppers, initiate conversations about their window and door replacement needs, and help them take the next step by scheduling a free in-home estimate. You’ll distribute marketing materials, share valuable information, and build relationships—understanding that not every conversation will result in an immediate yes. But don't worry, we're looking for someone who can handle the "no's" with grace and keep the energy high to create new opportunities! We offer both full-time and part-time schedules, with a competitive pay rate and unlimited bonus potential based on your personal performance.
