We are seeking a creative and organized Communications Coordinator to manage all community communications. This role is responsible for producing high-quality content for our monthly magazine, website, email newsletters, app alerts, and social media. The ideal candidate is a strong writer and editor with design and digital skills, capable of building community engagement through clear, consistent messaging.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and manage content for print, web, email, and app notifications
Develop and maintain an annual editorial calendar
Attend and photograph community events; write event recaps
Support HOA committees and leadership with internal and external messaging
Update and manage the community website and assist residents with access
Monitor communication analytics and suggest improvements
Coordinate with vendors, staff, and committees
Qualifications:
Degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and website CMS (WordPress preferred)
Familiarity with web content, email marketing, and social media platforms
Organized, collaborative, and responsive to deadlines and feedback
HOA experience is a plus
