Job Title: Senior Cloud Identity &Entitlement Security Engineer

Type: Contract (W2 hourly or Corp-to-Corp)

Duration: 6 months contract, possibility of renewal after that

Rate: W2 hourly $75/hr // C2C $95/hour

Location: Remote (USA)

Requirements: must be authorized to work legally in the US without sponsorship

About the Role

• Deploy and configure Microsoft Entra Permissions Management (or similar CIEM - Cloud Identity and Engagement Management) across three clouds.
• Build Just-in-Time (JIT) elevation workflows for privileged roles; eliminate standing admin rights.
• Map and enforce RBAC/ABAC policies; write fine-grained IAM policies in AWS & Azure.
• Integrate CIEM feeds with Tenable for real-time entitlement risk dashboards.
• Run discovery, quarterly access reviews, and remediation; present metrics to GRC & audit teams.
• Produce clean runbooks, diagrams, and how-to decks for engineering & compliance audiences.

Requirements

• 6–8 yrs cloud security engineering with AWS, Azure,  and  GCP.
• Hands-on deployment of a CIEM platform (Entra Permissions Mgmt, etc.).
• Proven JIT/privileged-access implementation experience.
• Deep fluency in IAM policy authoring (IAM/RBAC/ABAC) and identity-lifecycle automation.
• Tool integration with Tenable or similar vulnerability/risk engines.
• Track record of supporting SOX, ISO 27001, GDPR or comparable audits.
• Solid written & verbal communication. Can brief execs and write crisp tickets/runbooks.
