**Job Title: Clean Room Assembler** **Job Description**
The role involves working in a clean room to assemble sleeves used in catheter manufacturing. These sleeves are essential for packaging and assembling catheters. The assembler will be responsible for dip coating c-tube assemblies, using a small press to create eyelets in the sleeves, and performing air testing to ensure the sleeves are correctly assembled and functional. Additionally, the role includes assisting with the final inspection and packaging of the sleeves. The tasks are simple and repetitive in nature.
**Responsibilities**
+ Assemble sleeves in a clean room environment for catheter manufacturing.
+ Perform dip coating on c-tube assemblies.
+ Utilize a small press to create eyelets in sleeves.
+ Conduct air testing to ensure sleeves are correctly assembled and functional.
+ Assist with final inspection and packaging of sleeves.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience in clean room assembly.
+ Familiarity with medical assembly processes.
+ Mechanically inclined with the ability to operate assembly equipment.
+ Basic computer skills, including Outlook and Microsoft Suites.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ 6-12 months of manufacturing experience, preferably in the medical field.
+ Ability to read a caliper is preferred but not required.

**Work Environment**
Work takes place in a clean room or clean space manufacturing environment, which is well-lit and temperature-controlled. The company has a great open concept culture. Standard shift hours are 7am-3:30pm Monday to Friday, with some flexibility to start an hour earlier or later after training.

This is a Contract position based out of Shoreview, MN.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
