Job Description
Class A Drivers run no touch freght dedicated Southeast, parts of the Midwest and VA. It is all no touch and all miles paid. There is a base pay and then productivity bonus for those that are out longer and run harder.
Will accept Class A drivers with only one job otherwise must have one full year of Class A experience (local, regional, OTR – no yard jockey) to run the Southeast and lower Midwest.
Position Highlights:
- Pay: Average weekly pay is about $1200-$1300/WK with drivers getting home every week for their 34
- Home Time: Drivers will do their reset at home.
- Work: Freight is preloaded and delivered to stores in the above areas. The freight is live unload by store and drivers are paid $25/Stop and in case unload takes too long (which is rare) $16/Hr detent pay after 2 nd hour
- Process: Drivers will pick up freight either in Pennington, AL; Jackson, MS; Atlanta, GA, Palatka, FL and make delveres in Southeast and parts of the Midwest.
- Hiring Are: Main hiring areas are within 100 miles of Palatka, FL; Pennngton, FL; Jackson, MS or 150 mles of ATL. If you are outside these areas you are still eligible but will be out two weeks instead of one.
- PAY: For drivers with 6 months experience you start at .40CPM but there is incentive pay for drivers who want to run. Incentive pay starts at .02CPM and goes to .13CPM. Those with 8 years of experience get base rate of $.44CPM but all drivers will make bonus if they run hard
- There is no training on this account, once you finish orientation you hit the road

Job Requirements:
- Experience: 1 year of Class A CDL experience (local, regional, or OTR) or 6 months experrience if you have had only one job and this can not count time with trainer or driving school
- Record:
- No major violations in the last 3 years.
- No preventable rear-end, jackknife, or rollover accidents in the last 3 years.
- If you have ever failed or refused a DOT drug test you are ineligible
- Other:
- No more than 3 jobs in the past year or 6 in the last 3 years.
- No felonies in the last 7 years or misdemeanors in the last 3 years.
