We are expanding our team and seeking a business   mindset + success coach who is ready for a powerful shift in their own life — and who has the confidence, heart, and leadership capacity to guide others through meaningful transformation.
This role blends coaching, mentorship, attraction marketing, and relationship-based sales. The ideal candidate is already familiar with mindset work, energetics, embodiment, or personal development… and is ready to grow into their next level of purpose and prosperity.

What We’re Looking For
We are looking for a high-integrity professional who:

• Has 5+ years of experience in coaching, personal development, marketing, sales, or a related field
• Is an ambitious self-starter who works well independently
• Has a growth mindset and a genuine desire for inner evolution
• Is coachable , open, and able to apply proven frameworks
• Communicates with warmth, professionalism, and presence
• Desires performance-based compensation, not hourly wage
• Is committed to daily self-development and aligned leadership

Responsibilities
Your role will include:

• Phone or Zoom conversations with potential clients
• Coaching and mentoring clients inside our programs
• Implementing aligned attraction marketing practices
• Participating in daily training, personal development, and leadership cultivation
• Collaborating with our team to expand the reach of our global team's programs and events
• Sharing our mission, values, and offerings in a way that inspires and empowers others
