Job Description

Description of the role: As a BMW Master Technician at Moss Motors, Inc, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic tests, maintenance, and repairs on BMW vehicles. You will utilize your expertise in automotive systems and components to ensure the highest quality of work and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:

Performing diagnostic tests and identifying issues with BMW vehicles.
Conducting routine maintenance and repairs on BMW vehicles.
Repairing or replacing faulty automotive parts and components.
Using electronic testing equipment to accurately diagnose problems.
Providing excellent customer service and addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
Keeping up to date with BMW technical manuals, bulletins, and training programs.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a BMW Technician or similar role.
3-5 years of experience.
Strong knowledge of BMW vehicle systems and components.
Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in using automotive diagnostic equipment.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Attention to detail and a focus on quality workmanship.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
