Responsibilities Include:

Ensuring a Quality Product & Outstanding Customer Experience – You will have the opportunity to make a wide range of our famous Dunkin’ breads, pastries and other baked products. As a Baker you will be trained to follow and complete a daily par sheet, produce quality baked goods that adhere to Dunkin Donuts guidelines and ensure company safety and cleanliness standards. Bakers will be responsible for maintaining strict health department and company food safety standards through proper food handling and cleanliness requirements. You’ll love our hands-on approach to training. We want you to be successful!

Qualifications & Skills:

• Self-motivated/managed - able to work within a specific schedule and multi task as you will work overnight and early morning hours with little or no supervision.
• Able to handle physical requirements – This position requires bending, kneeling, lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for long periods of time, and working at a fast pace for eight hours or more at a time. 
• Highly trainable/coachable - You will also be required to take direction and adjust to changing par levels. Respond to training that ensures ability to use and learn to use a wide array of baking and kitchen equipment and tools.
• Possess basic reading, and math skills.
• Good communication & customer service skills – You will provide excellent customer service by interacting with the public in a friendly, upbeat and outgoing manner. 
• Flexibility/Desire to Learn other Functions/Positions - Bakers will be required to work in other positions inside the operation and be relied on to work other positions as needed.
• Bakers must be over 18 years of age
