Job Summary:
As an Automotive Service Advisor, you will be the key liaison between our customers and our service team. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, recommending services, and ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. Your role will be crucial in building customer relationships and driving service sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and listen to their vehicle concerns and needs.
• Provide accurate and detailed service recommendations based on customer input, vehicle inspection, and diagnostics.
• Schedule appointments and manage service workflow efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with technicians and customers about service updates and vehicle status.
• Prepare and present service estimates and invoices to customers.
• Address customer questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of services provided and customer interactions.
• Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any further needs.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in automotive service advising or a similar customer service role is preferred.
• Some knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance processes is helpful.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in using service software and digital communication tools.
• A commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• High school diploma or equivalent; automotive certification is a plus.
