We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Ford Automotive Salesperson to join our dynamic team. As a key representative of our dealership, you will be responsible for helping customers find the right vehicle to fit their needs, providing expert knowledge of Ford products, and delivering an exceptional car-buying experience. Key Responsibilities: * Greet customers in a professional and friendly manner, both in-person and online. * Assist customers through the entire sales process, from vehicle selection to financing options and final delivery. * Stay informed on the latest Ford models, features, and promotions to effectively present vehicles and options. * Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle performance and features. * Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to encourage referrals and repeat business. * Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and customer satisfaction benchmarks. * Accurately complete all paperwork and documentation related to vehicle sales and trade-ins. * Maintain knowledge of competitor offerings and industry trends. * Participate in training, team meetings, and dealership events as required. Qualifications: * Prior automotive sales experience is a plus, but not required. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. * Strong customer service orientation with a positive and energetic attitude. * Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed in a commission-based environment. * Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
