What We Are Looking For We are seeking an experienced Assistant, with a passion for Comedy, to support two high-volume Agents in our Comedy Department as well as support the Agency’s top-tier music client roster, with crossover in Brand Partnerships and Talent. The position requires a communicative and thoughtful individual who can take initiative while learning on the job.
Duties - Rolling calls, managing calendars, and taking notes
- Generating deal memos, itineraries, contracting, and reports
- Invoicing and accounting
- Booking/coordinating travel for premieres, set visits, and client meetings
- Managing departmental records/databases, and cross-departmental grids
- Communicating with high-profile clients, industry executives, buyers, promoters, and managers, while understanding the importance of confidentiality and professionalism
- Submitting material and tracking clients for television and film projects
- Maintaining and tracking expenses
Skills And Qualifications - Strong organizational skills: impeccable ability to multi-task and prioritize work to meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail: resourceful, proactive, reliable, trustworthy, and assertive
- Impeccable follow-through: the ability to initiate projects, develop timelines, and meet deadlines
- Ability to maintain discretion and a high level of confidentiality
- Strong passion for the Comedy industry
Education And Experience - Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university and/or 1-2 years of professional experience preferred
- Prior agency, casting, and/or management experience is a plus, but not required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Experience reading and covering scripts is a plus
- Experience with Oasis is a plus
