About The Role Spiegelworld is looking for an Architectural Project Designer to join our team at our Headquarters located in Las Vegas It is the primary responsibility of this position to conceive, develop, and execute on our one-of-a-kind built environments. This individual will oversee all aspects of architectural and interior design at Spiegelworld, guiding projects from abstract narrative to built reality while ensuring design integrity, creative excellence, and technical precision. This position reports to the Senior VP of Production, Design and Development. The salary for this full-time position is $125,000/year.
What You’ll Do - Develop and champion design concepts rooted in theatrical storytelling, immersive experience, and operational functionality.

- Translate abstract creative briefs and production narratives into cohesive, buildable design strategies across a range of typologies: theaters, restaurants, lounges, artistic installations, and public spaces.
- Coordination and integration of architectural elements, interior designs, scenic and technical elements across projects, maintaining alignment with Spiegelworld’s aesthetic and brand.
- Manage design processes from initial programming and conceptualization through construction administration and final installation.
- Oversee internal and external design resources, including consultants, fabricators, and contractors, ensuring design intent is realized with fidelity.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, permitting timelines, and quality standards, collaborating with internal stakeholders across Production, Operations, and Executive teams.
- Lead cross-functional design presentations for internal leadership and external partners, articulating concepts and strategies through renders and imagery with clarity and inspiration.
- Stay ahead of trends in architecture, experience design, materials, and fabrication—pushing Spiegelworld’s environments to continually break new ground.
- Other duties as assigned by your manager.
All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Spiegelworld policies, practices, and procedures.
What You Bring - Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in architecture and/or interior design with a focus in entertainment and hospitality.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or related field; professional licensure a plus.
- Demonstrated expertise in hospitality, entertainment, or experiential design—with a portfolio that includes complex, theatrical, or immersive built environments.
- Proven track record of taking projects from concept to completion across multiple cities and jurisdictions.
- Deep knowledge of spatial planning, construction methodologies, materials, detailing, ADA compliance, codes, and project delivery.
- Fluency in design software: AutoCAD, Rhino, Adobe CS required. Revit, 3ds Max, Blender, or other visualization tools are a plus.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to align multidisciplinary teams around a unified vision.
- Strong business acumen, with experience managing budgets, consultants, schedules, and contracts.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and creatively solving problems in a fast-paced, ever-evolving organization.
- Ability to travel for meetings and/or as project needs dictate.
- Successful background check clearance prior to hire
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on project needs.
- Must have valid work authorization for the US.

- Comfortable conducting site walks and inspections in a variety of environments, including active construction zones, rooftops, basements, and unconventional venues.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb stairs/ladders for extended periods during site visits or venue walkthroughs.
- Comfortable navigating uneven terrain and temporary worksite conditions (e.g., dust, noise, temperature variations).
