Job Description
The focus will be on large-scale public infrastructure, specifically on water and wastewater plants, commercial, public works, and civic projects.
Job Duties
+ Designing facility layouts in Revit
+ Conducting site assessments
+ Preparing construction documents
+ Conducting quality control reviews
Essential Skills
+ Minimum of 3 years of experience moving projects through each phase via Revit model.
+ Experience in water/wastewater, public infrastructure, commercial mixed-use, and civic work.
+ Proficiency in Revit and Sketchup software.
+ Strong communication skills for effectively communicating plans and drawings to the team.
Work Environment
The company currently operates on a hybrid schedule, with employees working in the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and from home on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. The organization emphasizes teamwork and communication. The infrastructure team, consisting of approximately 15 members, collaborates to advance projects. The company provides team trainings, licensing renewal support, opportunities for long-term merit increases, and professional development through Lunch and Learns. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.86 - $45.67/hr.
