The Administrative Assistant will handle a variety of administrative and clerical tasks that help keep our gym running smoothly. This role plays a critical part in maintaining accurate records, supporting the management team, assisting members with basic inquiries, and ensuring all administrative functions operate efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and email communication Assist with scheduling member appointments, class bookings, and team meetings Provide customer service support by answering calls, responding to messages, and addressing general inquiries Maintain and update digital systems, documents, and member records Assist with membership processing, renewals, and payment tracking Support management in preparing reports, documents, and presentations Organize and maintain office supplies and manage inventory needs Coordinate communication between trainers, management, and members Help with social media messaging, announcements, or updates (as needed) Ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred Previous administrative experience (fitness industry a plus) Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment Friendly, professional demeanor and strong customer service mindset Basic knowledge of fitness or gym operations is helpful but not required Skills: Data entry & documentation Scheduling & calendar management Customer service Email & phone communication Attention to detail Problem-solving Time management Please do not send any emails, resumes, or call.
