Position Highlights:

• Outpatient Primary Care: 18-22 patients per day on average
• Ability to focus on a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine patient population; general in-office procedures
• Work life balance with flexible shifts- Full time is a 4-day work week.
• Minimum call with RN triage, phone call only
• High quality technology support including EPIC EMR and DAX (AI-powered voice-enabled documentation assistance)

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med-Peds
• Unrestricted Washington state license or the ability to obtain prior to start date
• Current DEA certificate required prior to start date
• Current BLS, ACLS certification prior to start date
• Doctor of Medicine (M.D.), Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.), or M.B.B.S.
• EMR Proficient – EPIC preferred

The salary range for this role is $226,000 to $366,000 annually based on full-time employment. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
